I’m struggling…. I am currently in the middle of two books at the moment which is unheard of for me. I’m still trying to make my through the long way to a small angry planet by Becky Chambers and I am just about halfway through Red, White and Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston and to be honest they are both dragging! All of the political jargon and sub plot is really boring me and Alex is kind of getting on my nerves. And there’s a lot of mathematical, quantum physics talk happening in the long way to a small angry planet and I’m loosing focus. I’ve started skimming through most what I’m reading at this point and nothing is sinking in. I think I have to put both books back down and pick up something new and different and maybe a little fantastical! I don’t know whether or not I am going to finish Red, White and Royal Blue because as of right now its feeling like just a 3 star read for me which is getting me down, but there is still a whole second half of the book left so maybe things will pick up, I’m not quite sure what I am going to do yet! I will try and finish the long way to a small angry planet though as its intriguing me, I’m just not in the right space (lol) at the moment to get into the storyline!
