I think what I’m going to try for the first few months of 2022 is going back to having a set TBR of about 8 books each month that I shall try and read. What I’ve been finding with mood reading the last few months of last year was that there was just too many options for me and it would take me too long to pick something and I would end up just not reading anything. So I’m thinking going back to having a set TBR will help me get back into the swing of reading regularly again.
My TBR for January is:
The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix

The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch

The Monarchs by Kass Morgan & Danielle Paige

This Coven Won’t Break by Isabel Sterling

Where the Drowned Girls Go by Seanan McGuire

Our Violent Ends by Chloe Gong

Sword of Destiny by Andrzej Sapkowski

The House in the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune

Great post, hope you love all of these. Iām also hoping to pick up House on the Cerulean Sea this month š

I definitely relate, it’s just so helpful to have a narrowed down choice of what to read! These books all look great, I hope you enjoy!

Truth. I have thousands- literally thousands- of books on my to-read list. Settling on just one can be a nightmare sometimes.

Nice picks! I’m especially interested in reading ‘The House in the Cerulean Sea’ and ‘The Southern Book Club’s Guide to Slaying Vampires,’ I’ve heard lots of good things. š My mom and dad and I are watching ‘The Witcher’ and we’re really enjoying it. I’m actually thinking about getting the first book on Audible for my dad’s birthday.
